JD MILLER

Owner JD Miller spent 10 years in law enforcement as a police officer with additional 2 years of experience as an animal control officer.  He observed a need in the New River Valley and Southwest Virginia for a professional, dependable, & affordable wildlife control service.  He founded 10-Eleven to fill in his off-duty time and eventually moved from law enforcement to a full-time career as a Professional Wildlife Control business owner.

PATRICK BRESLIN

Patrick Breslin brings over 11 years of dedicated service in Law Enforcement, where he rose to the rank of Detective as a Humane Law Enforcement Officer. Patrick earned multiple accolades in his previous career, including “Animal Control Officer of the Year” for the Commonwealth, “Loudoun’s Best Law Enforcement Officer,” and the Commonwealth’s Attorneys Victim Services Award. Patrick’s passion for animal welfare and his expertise in humane law enforcement inspired him to address the growing need for professional wildlife services in Northern Virginia. Today, Patrick heads up 10-Eleven’s Northern Virginia operations. Outside of work, Patrick is a dedicated wildlife conservationist who loves spending time outdoors. He enjoys teaching his children about Virginia’s rich natural resources and cherishes time with his family and dogs.

JONATHAN ORR

Jonathan Orr is the head of the Roanoke Region Office for 10-Eleven Nuisance Wildlife Control.  A Former volunteer fireman and traveling musician, Jonathan brings a strong sense of dedication and creativity to his work.  When hes not helping clients with wildlife issues, you can find him spending quality time with his loyal dog, Grace.

JERRY MILLER

Jerry Miller is the head of the Northern Neck / Middle Peninsula Region Office for 10-Eleven Nuisance Wildlife Control.  Jerry has devoted over 35 years to public service as a Trooper and Deputy locally.  When not wearing a gun belt and a badge, he dons the 10-Eleven uniform and helps clients solve their wildlife issues.

JM “JIMMY JAMES” BARCHANOWICZ

“Jimmy James” Barchanowicz is the head of the Central and Southside Regional office for 10-Eleven Nuisance Wildlife Control. He stands as a testament to dedication, weaving together over 23 years of experience in military service and law enforcement. A proud veteran with 13 years in the armed forces, he transitioned seamlessly into a decade of law enforcement where his natural talent shone through on patrol, ultimately leading him to the esteemed role of Detective. His unwavering commitment to public safety found its pinnacle during 6 transformative years as a Diplomatic Security Training Driver Instructor at the Foreign Affairs Security Training Center (FASTC) for the U.S. State Department. Beyond the badge, Jimmy James is a devoted husband and a dedicated father of three. He is an outdoor enthusiast, cherishing moments spent hunting and fishing with family. With a heart rooted in faith, he passionately champions wildlife preservation, embodying a life dedicated not just to service, but to the stewardship of wildlife.
